Lisa lived on her own in a small block of units. For 7 years she had been having trouble with the tenants directly above her. It was a housing commission unit that had attracted young drug dealers and angry young tenants. In the middle of the night, Lisa would wake to see people crawling over her window to get to the unit above her. Glass bottles and stones were thrown at the unit in the early hours of the morning.
